This website

These static pages use no analytics, trackers, cookies, remote fonts, or external requests. The menu and download-platform suggestion run locally in your browser, without storing or sending information. Following a documentation link opens a local file.

Your books on your disk

The current converter reads and converts local book files on your device and saves exports to a library folder you choose. Local ebook conversion does not upload your books. You control the files in that folder and their deletion.

Narration is a separate choice

When you explicitly request cloud narration, cleaned book text is sent to ElevenLabs to generate speech. Returned audio is stored locally. Provider retention and training terms depend on the service configuration; this summary does not promise zero retention or no provider training.

Accounts and sync are planned

Amazon sign-in, OpenKindl accounts, payments, and cross-device cloud sync are planned services. They are not all implemented in the current local converter. Their launch notices must explain which account details, library files, payment information, and progress data are handled, by whom, and how to delete them.

The product principle is that your books are processed for your own use, never pooled to train models for others. Provider settings and final terms must be reconciled with that principle before launch.
